Snow White Sour Apple GoGo-RitaWe hosted a Disney themed party this weekend for some friends and since it was National Margarita Day on Saturday we spiced things up a bit with this fun cocktail recipe.  Since we hosted the party for both kids and adults we had an alcoholic version of this recipe and a mocktail version for the kids.  Just be sure to label the glasses so the kids don’t sneak a sip of the “poison” apple!

Recipe type: Drinks
Cuisine: American
Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen Margarita Bacardi Mixers
  • 1 Mixer Can full of Bacardi Big Apple Rum
  • 2 pouches of GoGo Squeeze Applesauce
  • Handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and mix well. Continue to add ice until you reach the consistency you desire. Serve immediately and garnish with a slice of apple.

To make this drink a mocktail omit the rum and add 1 can full of apple juice.

The adult version would also be fun with sugar and cinnamon rimmed glasses or with a shot of caramel spiced rum.  This would be a fun drink to show off your Disney Side, National Margarita Day, or Cinco de Mayo.  If you do drink, please drink responsibly and be sure you have a designated driver.

Disclosure: I received free products in order to host the Disney Side @Home Celebration.  The opinions expressed here are my own.  No alcohol was sponsored by Disney Parks or MomSelect.  I also received free samples of GoGo Squeeze through my relationship with the brand.  This recipe was adapted from their GoGo-Rita recipe.
